I needed to make a change but it was always hard to stick with anything so I thought I would give her a chance. It was an amazing choice. She explained, answered questions, consulted along the way and was always there to do more. She is an amazing coach and has great products to offer. I saw her for lifestyle coaching and the Gym Rat shot. In 7 months I have lost 65 pounds. I feel great, joints and body don’t hurt anymore, and I am wearing size 34 pants and size L clothes again.
